Vehicle Impounded?
If your vehicle was towed, do not drive to a lot without calling us first. We operate multiple lots and we don't list lot addresses on this website on purpose. When you call, we tell you exactly which lot has your vehicle and give you the address. Then we send a driver to meet you there to unlock the gate.
How to pick up your vehicle:
- 1. Call us at 540-710-9270.
- 2. We give you the address of the lot holding your vehicle.
- 3. Plan to be there an hour after the call so we can dispatch a driver to meet you.
Driving to a lot without calling means waiting in the parking lot until we can get someone out to you. Call first and we'll have everything ready when you arrive.
